The decision to accept a manuscript for publication is made solely on the basis of the results of reviewing and evaluating the scientific significance of the submitted research.

The ethics of a reviewer is based on the obligation to review all manuscripts submitted to the editorial board of the journal (with the exception of manuscripts not accepted for review), objectivity, and compliance with the legal regime of intellectual property.

The type of review chosen by the editorial board of the journal is double–blind (the identity of the reviewer is unknown to the author; the identity of the author is unknown to the reviewer).

The reviewer evaluates the correspondence of the title of the manuscript to its content, the quality of the abstract of the article and keywords, scientific novelty, theoretical and practical significance, the literature used, compares the presented research with the subject and scientific direction of the journal, expresses a judgment on the validity of the conclusions of the author(s), reflects the positive characteristics of the manuscript and its shortcomings.
