Annotation: The article examines the traditional concept of «law-making», correlates with other related categories – rule-making, legal establishment. Shows the role of digitalization in lawmaking at certain stages of the lawmaking process. The importance of digital technologies, the positive experience of their use with the analysis of mental, analytical human activity in the process of creating regulatory legal prescriptions is emphasized.
